The Korean peninsula has been the site of many wars both those between rival Korean kingdoms and those caused by invasions by neighboring countries. The WarMemorialMuseum was built to honor those who fought and those who were victims of the wars which shaped Korea into a modern nation state.This memorial Museum is the largest of its kind in the world. Visitors can learn the history of war in Korea by visiting the War History Exhibit, the Korean War Exhibit, the Overseas Dispatched Troops Exhibit, and the Military Development Exhibit, as well as witness how the Korean military developed over the years.
Seodaemun Prison History Hall was renovated to be a living educational site and to serve as a memorial for the Independence Movement against Japanese colonization.Seodaemun Prison was built by Japanese colonizers at the end of the Daehan Empire (1910-45) with room for 500 inmates.The prison served as Japan’s primary tool of oppression.Here many Korea patriots of the Independence Movement were tortured and executed until the Liberation of Korea on August 15, 1945.The 2nd floor shows examples of how the people of Korea fought through this dark chapter in history and continued to hold on to their hope and resolve for freedom.
The Han River is a major river in South Korea and is the fourth longest river on the Korean peninsula.The Han RiverPark is a large ecological park with long winding trails that pass by reed, wild roses, loosestrifes, golden bell, and other beautiful plants.The most noticeable recent change is BanpoBridge, which is now more known as, “RainbowBridge.”A human made waterfall with a length of 1,140m and over 200 lighting fixtures create a fantastic view of a beautiful rainbow at select hours.The entire length of the Han RiverPark is decorated with sculptures, unique resting areas, riverside promenades, performance stages, and more.

The tour fees cover transportation, admission fees, an English/Chinese tour guide, and service charges.
Meals and personal spending are not covered by the tour fees.

Reservation deadline is 3 days prior to the tour.In order to keep accurate records we cannot accept reservations over the phone.
The tour will automatically be cancelled if no deposit has been paid by the deadline.

Cancellation/Refund Policy 취 소 / 환 불
Cancellations up to two days prior to the departure date will not be penalized with a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made a day prior to the departure date will ineligible to have the deposit payment refunded.
In the event that TOUR ROAD is forced to cancel the tour, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
